OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Sign up for our “Break up with your Manual Brush Challenge” and provide feedback to up to 14 questions sent via SMS by replying back to the message with one of the requested answers. An Oral-B electric toothbrush is necessary to compete for prizes. Participation in the challenge and number of replies provided will determine reward level. See Rule #3 for entry instructions and requirements

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, with the exception of residents in the states: Alaska and Hawaii, 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, Saatchi & Saatchi, or Attentive Mobile, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

3. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: The Break up with your Manual Brush Challenge Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 AM (start of day) ET on 7/31/23 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 6/30/24 ("Entry Period"). To enter, visit https://oralb.com/en-us/21-day-challenge-landing-page/ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Official Contest Entry Form, input your current Oral B toothbrush (must be one of ) (collectively, your “Entry” or “Submission”) and submit to join. A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address throughout the Entry Period. If more than one Entry is received per person, only the first such Entry received will be eligible. All entry materials submitted become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No correspondence will be acknowledged or entered into. Participants may not submit an Entry for another person. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the program.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Determination of compliance with Submission Requirements and these Official Rules will be in the sole discretion of the Sponsor/judges.

• Participants must agree to opt-in to our email and SMS marketing programs to receive messages.
• Participants must reply to questions posed during the challenge by using one of the provided reply letters, words or phrases to receive credit.
• Participants must select to join the “Challenge” by checking the box indicating such on the official entry form
• Submission must not include any personally identifiable information (e.g. last name, address, school, place of work, etc.) of entrant or any other person(s). Submission must not contain any information that references websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers.
• Submission must not contain defamatory statements including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group.
• Submission must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and it must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
• Submission must not contain content that promotes dangerous activities that may result in injury to oneself or others. Sponsor will be final arbiter of whether submitted activity constitutes a dangerous one.
• Submission must not contain profanities or obscenities, and must not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor.
• By entering, 1) entrant certifies that he/she agrees to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy stated on the entry form that was submitted and that he/she has followed and complied with the Official Rules of the Contest.
• Participants are limited to one email address, one entry only.
• Failure to adhere to any of these guidelines will lead to an immediate disqualification of the submission.

4. JUDGING TO DETERMINE WINNERS: All eligible replies received will be counted as “Smile Points” that will be summed to determine prize awarded. The criteria will be as follows: 0 – 4 Smile Points earned will 50% off a 2-count of Oral-B Electric toothbrush Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35) via OralB.com, 5-8 Smile Points earned will receive a free 2-count of Oral-B Electric Toothbrush Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35); 9 or more Smile Points will receive free 2-count of Oral-B Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35) and 50% off any power brush from oralb.com $100 or more. All Smile Points rewards will be rewarded through oralb.com.

5. PRIZES: 3 Prize Levels: Level 1: 1-4 Smile Points will receive 50% off a 2-count of Oral-B Electric Toothbrush Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35) via coupon code provided for redemption at OralB.com (Approximate Retail value up to $17.50), Level 2: 5-8 Smile Points will receive a free 2-count of Oral-B Electric Toothbrush Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35) via discount code provided via email at OralB.com, (Approximate retail value starting at $35); or Level 3: 9 or more Smile Points will receive a free 2-count of Oral-B Replacement Brush Heads (up to $35) and 50% off any power brush from oralb.com $100 or more (Approximate retail value starting at $85)

6. GENERAL RULES: Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at entry. No substitution or transfer of prize by Winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available for any reason. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Sponsor/judges reserve the right to: (a) use Entrant’s name and likeness and reproduce/distribute all Entries submitted in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity, (b) alter, amend, edit or change Entries prior to distribution and (c) use, distribute, reproduce, alter, amend and copyright Entries for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants/Winners agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use Winners’ names and/or likenesses and/or entry Submissions for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. Due to our oralb.com fulfillment processes we are unable to deliver a coupon or free product shipment to challenge participants in the states Alaska and Hawaii.

NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and all eligible entries received prior to termination will be included in the judging. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online registration form. Any damage made to the Web Site by an entrant will be the responsibility of the entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
