Love it but a question...
This is my first electric toothbrush! Love it. I’ve only used it 2 days but my teeth feel so clean. I’m so happy I bought this. I do have a question: I work at home and am used to brushing my teeth after every meal, so I have brushed my teeth (with a manual toothbrush) 3 or 4 times a day. Can you brush too many times with the electric toothbrush? I tried to use the $3 coupon which came with it to buy more brush heads but it had expired. That was a little disappointing but I still love my new 3000 model toothbrush!

Wow - eye opener!
Our 2nd Philips SonicCare toothbrush died (2 models in 8 years) & we decided to try the Oral-B after seeing a commercial. SO GLAD we did! Our oral health has greatly improved - MAJOR! This whole experience has been an eye opener. And to think we thought the Philips SonicCare was the best, uh NO WAY...….. Our teeth have never been more whiter, gums very healthy pink and fresher breath. A MILLION thank you's Oral-B!! We absolutely love our Oral-B 3000!!!!!

Love Oral b electric toothbrush. Live the clock as a timer and guide to areas of mouth so much features on my brush but it is top of the range. But must say basic models also do what the say

Fine toothbrush - just what I needed
I have now used the toothbrush for over a week, and I have experienced none of the problems that other reviews here complain about. The one thing I should mention is this: just as the picture above shows, the 3000 model comes loaded with a “3D-white” brush. For ordinary cleaning, a much better brush is the “crosscut” brush. So buy yourself extra brushes of that other style when you buy your unit, so that you can change over to that style right away. Also, when you brush remember that, if you want to use the app, the smartphone with the app must be near where you see it because the brush will not store the info on your run to later move it to the app. Otherwise, I had no issues either loading the app on my iPhone7 or syncing with the brush. With the app open on the phone nearby, the app syncs the moment the brush is turned on. I also found the model 3000 features perfectly adequate and am glad that- at least for now - I chose this basic 3-speed model instead of the fancier and more expensive ones. My teeth are nice and clean (and it reminds me to floss as well) and that is what counts. The 3 speeds you get are perfectly suited for the important tasks, namely (1) brushing and/or polishing your teeth (2) stimulating your gums, and (3)!brushing your tongue. So, get this brush and enjoy a much better clean than what can be achieved manually, especially on the inside surface of the teeth, and the molars way in the back.

MAL FUNCTIONING BRUSH
I've been enjoying this brush for +2 years. Recently though the red light (battery symbol) - the one above the red charging light symbol - has been colored red when I'm charging the brush. Now it is no longer charging. Any suggestions on what I can do to make it function again? Thanks a lot.
