I've been using this for over 2 years and in the beginning the threader had like a fuzzy 1inch on it that would really clean out any debris between teeth and gums, it laid flat in the box and you pulled one out like a Kleenex, never had a problem with that and loved them. This new way in separate packages come out tangled and knot easily I've had to cut the floss to get it out of my mouth. You screwed up as far as I'm concerned.
No, I do not recommend this product.
Thanks for your loyalty to Oral-B Glide Threader Floss. We appreciate your feedback about how the floss is packaged. Tangled floss must be frustrating, and we'll share this with the rest of our team. We hope you'll call us at 1-800-566-7252 so we can make this up to you. We're open M-F from 9-6 ET and will be happy to help.
My daughter has braces. She prefers Glide to the Superfloss, so we have bought many boxes. She has become an UNHAPPY user because the floss often breaks while she is flossing (which she says the packaging claims it doesn't), and she has opened individual packets and found floss strips in knots, which cut her gums when she flossed. When she initially complained, I thought the individual strip was a rare defect. However, we have bought and used many boxes, and the same problems happen over and over again.
